1. Initial Communication and Preliminary Fee Proposal
If you contact us regarding registration in the Register of Public Sector Partners (the ‘RPVS’), we will first provide you with essential information on our RPVS registration procedure and a preliminary fee proposal. The indicative fee depends primarily on the legal form of the entity to be registered and on its ownership structure (number of shareholders, presence of foreign entities within the structure, etc.).

2. Sending the questionnaire to the client
If, after receiving the initial information, you decide to proceed with us as your authorised representative for the RPVS registration, we will provide you with a questionnaire in which you will enter the essential details of your company’s representatives, as well as the information required for the identification of the ownership structure and the ultimate beneficial owners.
The questionnaire also includes a list of documents required for further analysis (e.g., identification documents of the company’s representatives, the articles of association, the foundation deed, the memorandum of association, the statutes of your company or of its corporate shareholders, shareholders’ agreements, silent partnership agreements, share transfer agreements, and similar documents). Some of the documents can be obtained from publicly accessible sources, such as the Collection of Deeds of the Commercial Register. You do not need to provide documents that are publicly available.
Together with the questionnaire, we will also send you a pro forma invoice for the advance payment of our services in the amount indicated in the indicative fee proposal.
3. Review of the submitted documents and refinement of the fee proposal
After the advance invoice has been settled, we proceed with the analysis of the information provided in the questionnaire and any additional documentation. Based on this analysis, the fee proposal may be adjusted to reflect the complexity, scope of work, and time required for the preparation of the deliverables.
In addition to the information you provide to us, we also rely on publicly available data (Commercial Register, Trade Register, Register of Public Sector Partners, Public Health Authority, Finstat, and similar sources).
As part of the analysis, we also carry out the identification and verification of the identification of the ultimate beneficial owners.
In cases where required, and upon agreement with the client, we will obtain extracts from foreign registers, arrange for translations, and secure any other documents necessary for the registration process.
4. Preparation of the documents and submission for signature
Based on the results of the analysis and the review of publicly available sources, we will prepare the documentation as follows:

We will arrange for the execution of the documents (in paper or electronic form) on your part and for their delivery to us.
5. Filing the application for registration in the Register of Public Sector Partners
After the documents have been executed, we will file the application for the registration of the data in the Register of Public Sector Partners with the District Court Žilina. You will be informed by e‑mail once the application has been submitted. You will likewise be informed by e‑mail when the District Court Žilina completes the registration. We will send you an e‑mail confirming that the registration has been carried out, together with an extract from the Register of Public Sector Partners.
