New criteria for loan acceleration from November 2024
The amendment to the Civil Code, effective from 1st of November, 2024, introduces new criteria for the acceleration of consumer loans.
Update of general terms and conditions
Following significant changes in consumer law, it is necessary to update the general terms and conditions, complaint procedures, terms of use, or other internal documents.

The new Consumer Protection Act also brings a change in the area of protection against fake reviews.
The Data Protection Act will not apply to personal data of deceased individuals.
The Data Protection Act will no longer apply to the processing of personal data of deceased individuals. The change is effective from 1st. of July 2024.
