Changes of the Labour Code from 01.11.2022
The changes in the Labour Code from 01st of November, 2022 are related to the transposition of the EU Directive on foreseeable working conditions. A number of important provisions of the Labour Code are being amended.
Support in the times of short-time work (Kurzarbeit) from 01.03.2022
Support during short-time working will be implemented on the basis of Act No. 215/2021 Coll. on support during short-time working. This Act enters into force on 1st of March, 2022.
