predsedu alebo aspo\u0148 \u0161tvrtiny vlastn\u00edkov bytov a nebytov\u00fdch priestorov v dome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak spr\u00e1vca (alebo v&nbsp;pr\u00edpade spolo\u010denstva vlastn\u00edkov rada) v tomto term\u00edne nekon\u00e1 a&nbsp;nezvol\u00e1 sch\u00f4dzu alebo nevyhl\u00e1si p\u00edsomn\u00e9 hlasovanie, <strong>pr\u00e1vo zvola\u0165 sch\u00f4dzu vlastn\u00edkov alebo vyhl\u00e1si\u0165 p\u00edsomn\u00e9 hlasovanie m\u00e1 aspo\u0148 \u0161tvrtina vlastn\u00edkov bytov a nebytov\u00fdch priestorov v dome <\/strong>alebo predseda (v pr\u00edpade spolo\u010denstva vlastn\u00edkov
